Vision Service Plan (VSP)

We accept VSP for routine eye care, glasses, and contacts.

There are many VSP plans available for you or your employer to select, and each has different benefits. Please let us know when you schedule your appointment if you have VSP so that we may verify your eligibility and benefits prior to your appointment.

VSP Benefits

VSP plans provide great benefits and savings for our patients, but they do not cover 100% of expenses. Most VSP plans have a small copay for your yearly comprehensive eye exam, and then either discounts or copays that are applied to your glasses, contact lens fitting, or contact lens supply. If you wear glasses, you can purchase any frame in our optical including any type of lens and lens enhancement. VSP will contribute towards glasses OR contacts, but not both. We will always work with you to maximize your savings.

Medical Eye Services

Should you have any problems that require medical eye care, including diabetes, glaucoma, dry eye disease, eye infections, eye injuries, etc., we are required to bill your medical insurance first. However, we can use your VSP benefits as a secondary insurance to help contribute to any remaining balance. You can always use your VSP benefits for glasses or contacts, regardless of the reason for your visit.
